The Hooper Heritage Voluntary Maintenance Fund (“the Fund”) is a privately organized, voluntary contribution initiative created by members of the Hooper family to support the upkeep, preservation, and maintenance of the family homestead, cemetery, and related heritage property.
This Fund is independent and separate from the Hooper Family Trust and does not constitute a formal legal trust, nonprofit organization, or corporate entity.
Contributions are made voluntarily and do not create any legal ownership interest, governance rights, or fiduciary relationship.
The Fund is not operated by the Hooper Family Trust.
Contributions to the Fund:
Do not grant any legal interest in trust property
Do not alter trust governance
Do not create beneficiary status
Do not confer trustee authority
The Hooper Family Trust, if active, is governed solely by its legal documents and applicable law.
Funds may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:
Property maintenance
Grounds upkeep
Repairs and improvements
Emergency expenses
Utilities or recurring property-related costs
Insurance or safety-related needs
Other preservation-related expenses as deemed appropriate by the family committee managing the Fund
All disbursements are made for the benefit of maintaining and preserving family heritage property.
The Fund is administered with a commitment to transparency.
Contributions and expenses are recorded.
Monthly accounting summaries may be prepared.
Donors may request clarification regarding Fund activity.
While transparency is prioritized, individual donor contribution amounts are not publicly disclosed in order to respect privacy.
All donations are:
Voluntary
Non-refundable unless required by law
Made without expectation of financial return
Contributions are expressions of support for preservation efforts and do not represent investments.
The Fund is not a registered nonprofit organization.
Contributions are not tax-deductible unless otherwise stated in writing under applicable law.
Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor if they have questions.
From time to time, tokens of appreciation or reward incentives may be offered to contributors.
Such items:
Are provided as optional expressions of gratitude
Are not purchased by the donation amount
May be modified, substituted, or discontinued at any time
Do not constitute a sale of goods unless explicitly stated
If appreciation gifts involve third-party fulfillment, additional terms may apply.
While contributions are used to support maintenance and preservation efforts, no guarantee is made regarding:
Specific repairs
Property improvements
Long-term outcomes
Future governance decisions
All Fund use decisions are made in good faith.
The Fund is administered by volunteer family members acting in good faith.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Fund administrators shall not be personally liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from voluntary contributions.
Contributors acknowledge that participation is voluntary and not contractual beyond these terms.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect operational changes.
Continued contributions after updates constitute acceptance of revised terms.

There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation incentive or any hoops to jump through. Activate your certificate online by prepaying the required hotel taxes and fees. Once activated, log in to search for your preferred hotel and travel dates.
The expiration date refers only to redemption/activation, not travel. Activate within 7 days of receipt. Travel must be completed within 18 months of activation.
Not valid for group travel. One incentive per household. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Room types accommodate 2 adults max. One person must be 21+. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
Incentives cannot be bartered or sold. Only valid for accommodations listed via redeemvacations.com. A valid credit or debit card and government-issued ID are required at check-in.
Recipients are responsible for all additional costs including airfare, transfers, food, beverages, gratuities, resort fees (e.g., $5–$38 per night), and other personal expenses.
All reservations require 30+ days advance notice. Travel during holidays or special events may incur a small surcharge. Check-ins Sunday–Thursday offer best availability.
Satisfaction guarantee: You may request a destination change or full refund within 60 days of activation. Once travel dates are confirmed, no changes allowed. No-shows result in forfeiture.
You must live 100+ miles away from the destination. Only one reward may be redeemed per household per 12 months.
Terms subject to change. Resort bed configurations are based on availability at check-in unless a paid upgrade is selected.
Your BookVIPPlus code gives you dollar-based savings off retail hotel pricing via savings.bookvipplus.com. To use your credits, activate with the code sent by email.
Savings amounts may vary. You pay only the discounted rate shown at checkout. Your savings bank is reduced by the amount used per booking.
Booked reservations can’t be changed. If you cancel (per the provider’s terms), your savings won’t be refunded.
You can continue using the savings bank until your balance reaches zero or expires. Codes have no cash value and aren’t gift cards or credit cards.
You must be 18+ to activate. You’re responsible for all other costs including taxes, fees, meals, transport, etc. Resort fees and other charges vary by provider.
The code may be gifted to someone else before activation, but once activated, it can only be used by the account holder.
Abuse of the terms may result in deactivation of your account. BookVIPPlus is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with third-party providers.
California residents are protected under the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF). Non-California residents are not covered.
